Submitting a Ticket From Your Desktop

Users can now easily create and submit support tickets right from their workstation desktop using our Endpoint Communication Client.

Users can now easily create and submit support tickets right from their workstation desktop using our Endpoint Communication Client. This client is installed on your workstation during the onboarding process, and in addition to providing us with a real-time health and security report, allows for support tickets to be quickly made and associated with the user's machine.

Step 1: With the client installed, click the 'show hidden icons' button

Step 2: Right-click the 'Endpoint Manager Communication Client' shield icon

Step 3: Click 'Submit ticket' from the open dialog box
Click 'Submit ticket' from the open dialog box

Step 4: Fill out the required ticket information and click Submit
Fill out the required ticket information and click Submit

From here you can provide an Issue Summary, select the relevant Department, Issue Priority, and provide Details regarding your issue. Details could include; is the issue is reoccuring, what action you were performing when the problem took place, and what function was expected.
